We had to wait a good 20 min for our hibachi cook to come out when he finally did I received a phone call that my father had just passed away so we had to leave he had only started to cook the rice and noodles but I didn’t just want to walk out so I let our waitress know what happened and that we had to leave ASAP. She was very nice and understanding as for the “manager” or whomever was in charge they came over and told me I have to wait for rice and noodles and pay for them. Which yes I understand but the way they handles my situation was very unprofessional and rude. Maybe training on these types of situations would help and would be better customer service.
